"For the past 10 years, our three daughters have attended Kids By The Bunch, starting as infants and continuing through Pre-K. The center is like a family, with a wonderful, dedicated, patient, creative and enthusiastic staff. Our girls developed a love of learning, and were always encouraged to take academic risks to reach their true potential! They graduated from Pre-K extremely prepared for the rigors of Kindergarten. All three of our daughters were reading sight words and using math while doing everyday tasks! Their favorite time of day in Pre-K was centers. Our girls were introduced to new centers every day including art, math, STEAM, technology, science, writing and fitness! Circle Time was another favorite, which helped to set the tone for the day and was a structured routine that the girls truly enjoyed being part of. The classrooms are spacious, very organized and clean. They are filled with books, math manipulatives, art supplies, a SmartBoard… and all the classroom materials necessary for learning to be engaging, motivating and successful! The center follows all guidelines to make sure the students and staff remain safe and healthy. Kids By The Bunch follows a phenomenal curriculum that covers the essential standards and skills for Pre-K. Our daughters felt confident and very prepared for Kindergarten. "This is like a second home for my daughter. I couldn’t have picked a better place to send my daughter. While they are a registered Daycare they do so much more. They teach, nurture, and entertain. They have taught my daughter so much in the year and a half since she's been there. The teachers are wonderful and truly care for each and every child. The Director is just as wonderful and truly want the children to have a fun learning experience while in their care.
I’m a healthcare worker and I wouldn’t have been able to do what I do if it weren’t for their part in caring for my girl. I think they are the true heroes.

"Our daughter started at 2.5 years old and our baby boy was only 2 month old. They've been getting the best care I can imagine for them ever since. The staff is amazing and is like family.
Our daughter has bloomed into a social and confident young girl. She is counting over 20 and reading short words now at only 3.5 years old. They do new activities every day including STEM, arts, dance/movement/fitness, and outdoor time weather permitting. They have great indoor and outdoor play spaces. We also love all the cute drawings and pictures she comes home with!
For our son in the infant room, the staff is so loving and sweet to him. They work with us on getting him to nap and eat on a baby-driven and natural schedule that lets him come home content and happy at the end of the day instead of cranky. He also plays so much at school that he sleeps really well at night (yay!)
The center is now open with social distancing practices. They are following their rules strictly and doing their best to let our kids feel somewhat normal in these troubling times. The center is very clean and spacious. I am so glad that Kids By The Bunch is here for our family.

"My son has been going to KBTB since he was 6 months old (now nearly 18 months), and I am so happy that I chose this center. To give some background, I am a School Psychologist and I have worked in several daycares and preschool centers myself. From the first time my husband and I viewed this center, we knew it was for us. The environment is warm, nurturing, and welcoming. The director, Annie, is responsive and accommodating and she is very hands-on in all aspects of the center. The teachers and director have a strong understanding of child development and how to promote pre-academic, social, and self-help skills on each child's individual level. There are always fun activities, projects, and themed weeks going on. I feel that the staff, even those who don't directly work with my son, know and care about him and his needs. As a first time, working mom, I can't tell you how comforted I was to receive pictures and reassurances all day that he was doing well (the daily reports are great too!). “Kids by the Bunch in Syosset has been home to all three of my kids in their preschool
years. It is a scary thought to trust your 3-month old baby with anyone, but we put our trust in them and they have performed brilliantly.
My oldest is now 10 and in 5th grade, my middle child is 6 and in Kindergarten, and my youngest still attends Kids by the Bunch, and is in Pre K.
New owners bought the school a few months ago and they have managed a smooth transition and everyone from the staff to the kids seems happy.
I feel like the curriculum prepares the children for what they will learn in school. The staff is incredible.
They have become the friends that I see in the morning and talk to when I drop my son, and I will miss them greatly when he graduates.
I will admit I did many tours of other places, and I have been turned down due to my son, it was hurtful beyond. The teachers at KBTB never looked at him different or made it impossible for him to attend, in fact they made it work! and most of all make him smile. They are my family and always will be.... "I can't believe my 11 month old boy is moving to Infant B today. He will definitely miss all the teachers in Infant A especially Ms Gloria and Ms Karen. They have been so wonderful and caring! Their unconditional love to all the babies are priceless. I can't praise enough about this daycare. They really hired the right teachers to care for the kids that deserve their love and attention. The new management absolutely made a difference.
My daughter also went there when she was at Pre-K and their preparation for Kindergarten was phenomenal. I was surprised by the vast amount of site words she learned. She also enjoyed many art and craft activities. The teachers really provided awesome entertainment for the kids to play and learn at the same time.
